Our supplier sourcing work starts with several factories rather than one, then we compare their offers. Before we send you anything, we check the number leaves you enough margin to actually sell the product on Amazon or your own store. A quote that looks cheap but kills your margin is not useful to you.
If you want a sample, we judge suppliers on how they communicate and how fast they respond, pick the most workable one, and get a customised sample made and shipped so you can hold the product before committing.
Sourcing a supplier takes days. Following production takes weeks. That second part is where most orders go wrong, and it is where this plan earns its fee.
We share the supplier’s information and the pricing we were given. Once your sample is approved we open a direct channel between you and the factory, so you are never guessing what was said on our side of the conversation.
You can pay the supplier directly or route payment through us. Both work. Most clients pay direct once they have seen the factory is real.
During the run we stay on the manufacturer to confirm materials, specifications, logo placement and packaging all match the approved sample. When goods reach our warehouse we inspect condition, materials, function, logo accuracy and packaging. Defects go back to the supplier for correction or replacement.
Then customs paperwork, the right product classification, and shipment by sea, air, express or rail depending on your cost and timing. You can also consolidate several orders in our warehouse to cut freight cost.
When production finishes we inspect the batch, the packaging and the function of the product, then send you a written report. If your buyer requires it, we coordinate a third-party inspection as well.
We handle customs procedure and classification so paperwork errors do not turn into delays and storage charges, arrange the shipping method that fits, and consolidate multiple shipments where that saves money. Warehouse storage is available for a limited period while you combine orders.
For brands where quality problems are expensive, we inspect one piece at a time rather than sampling a batch. It costs more and it takes longer, and for private label goods it is usually worth it.
Our team also visits the manufacturing site during production to check the line is running the way it was agreed. After delivery we stay involved in reorders and category strategy, rather than treating the shipment as the end of the job.
