Send a photo, a link or a rough description and you get the factory price, our commission on its own line, the realistic MOQ and the lead time. Nothing is charged for any of it. If the numbers do not work, we will tell you that instead of quoting anyway.
Tell us what you want to import from China, or which service you need — quality inspection, Amazon FBA prep, delivery to door, photography. Once we have the details we assign one representative who stays with your account from sourcing through shipping.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Feel free to upload product photos, drawings or specification sheets if you have them. Visual references help clarify your requirements and allow us to prepare your quotation roughly one day faster.
Most quoting delays are not caused by factories being slow. They are caused by a second and third round of questions that could have been answered in the first message. None of these is required, but every one you include moves the quote forward.
An Amazon ASIN, a competitor link or a photo taken in a shop. Being in Yiwu means we can often match a small commodity physically in the market rather than only searching for it online.
Even a rough range. Price per unit changes significantly between 300 and 3,000 pieces, and a factory quoting without a quantity is guessing at which tier to give you.
US, EU, UK or elsewhere. This decides which certificate applies — CPC, LFGB, CE, UKCA — and whether the factory already holds a valid report or needs to test.
We quote so the landed cost leaves roughly a 30% margin at the price you plan to sell at. Without that number we cannot tell you whether the product is worth doing.
Logo, colour, packaging, material changes. Attach artwork or a drawing if you have one. Custom work changes both the MOQ and whether tooling is needed.
When you need the goods landed, not shipped. Production runs 20 to 45 days and sea freight adds weeks, so a date tells us immediately whether air is unavoidable.
Commission is charged only after you place an order with a supplier. Everything below happens before that point, which means it is unbilled even in the cases where we end up advising you not to proceed.
Your enquiry is assigned to one representative rather than a shared inbox. They read it, and come back with questions if something critical is missing.
Factory price, our commission on a separate line, MOQ and lead time. Not a range, and not a number that has been quietly padded before you see it.
You pay the factory’s sample cost and the courier, with nothing added by us. Sample cost is usually credited against your first production order.
No obligation and no follow-up sequence. If you decide against it you owe nothing, and the quote stays valid long enough for you to think about it properly.
Nothing. Sourcing, quoting, negotiating, sample coordination, feasibility advice and certificate guidance are all free. Our commission is charged only after you place an order with a supplier, on a published sliding scale from 10% down to 5%. That includes the cases where the honest answer is that your product will not work, which is unbilled even though it takes the same hours.
Yes, and it is the single most useful thing you can do. The form accepts images, PDFs, spreadsheets and design files. A photo of the product, a competitor listing screenshot or a dimensioned drawing removes an entire round of clarifying questions and often takes a full day off the quoting time. If a file is too large for the form, email it to [email protected] with your name in the subject line.
Within 24 hours, and usually the same working day. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, China Standard Time (UTC+8). If you are in North America or Europe, an enquiry sent in your evening is typically answered while you sleep. For anything urgent, WhatsApp is faster than the form.
No. Plenty of enquiries start with a category rather than a product, or with a problem to solve rather than an item to buy. If you are still deciding, tell us the market you sell into and the price point you are aiming at, and we will come back with options that clear our filters on rank, review count, freight cost and monthly volume.
There is no formal minimum, but there is a practical one. Orders under $1,000 are charged a flat $100 service fee rather than a percentage, which makes very small orders uneconomic for both sides. Single-piece orders we decline outright, because the cost of finding and checking the factory exceeds the value of the goods. Typical MOQs run from 300 to 2,000 units depending on category.
Yes. We name the supplier on every order. Some agents hide it so you cannot go direct, but an agent whose value depends on that secret is not adding much. It also means you can verify the factory price yourself, which is the whole point of quoting with our commission on a separate line.
That is fine and it is common. Quality inspection, Amazon FBA prep, product photography, warehousing and freight can each be bought on their own, including for goods you sourced yourself from another supplier. Say which service you need in the message field and you will be quoted for that alone.
Some things are quicker said than typed. Send a WhatsApp message with a photo of the product, or book a call and pick a slot that works in your timezone. Either reaches a named person, not a queue.
