We would like to keep everything simple and straight and below table is how we charge after you select to work with us. Commission is taken after client placed an order to the supplier. Before that, we may be involved in works like product sourcing, which means find the proper suppliers and quote the prices; Sample making and shipping etc. All these services are totally free and we don’t charge anything. 

Some clients may feel surprised and sense that it’s very high charge, because they see that some sourcing agents and sourcing companies only charge 3%, even 1%. Here I would like to explain the hidden truth. 3% or 1% commission like a bait which attracts clients to bite it then work with them. Actually they will add more commission on prices before they quote to clients. 

All business people know how to think, evaluate and judge. Here we give an common example that client A works with a sourcing agent who only charge 3%. If order amount is 5,000USD, total service would be 5,000USD x 3% =150USD. One product project will cost 2-3 weeks to finish at least. Salesman’s basic salary is 600USD/month normally. Renting an office with 70 Square Meter will cost 3000USD/year. If a salesman wants to deliver quality services to client, they should serve for less 7 clients per month. Ideally, all 7 clients finish their projects within 1 month. Then we can conclude that salesman earn 150USD from each client, total earning is 1050USD.  For the 1050USD, salesman will take 15% as their commission, it’s 157.5USD. Deduct the basic salary 600USD and 157.5USD, company has 242.5USD. So finally we can find company almost earn nothing considering daily operating cost. How a business owner allows this happen? Obviously, 1% or 3% commission is a scam.
