6 Steps to Help Clients Out?
Step 1
Client is supposed to provide the item’s details, such as product’s Amazon or Alibaba link, images, color, sizes, packaging and ordering amount sent to us for an offer.
Step 2
We promise to provide an offer within 48 hours. Once a factory/product is sourced, a WeChat group that’s created to introduce the customer and factory together.
Step 3
Our teammate will handle the communication in this WeChat group on behalf of the client to discuss product’s detail, such as logo, packaging, customization etc.
Step 4
After the client approves the customized sample and places an order to the supplier, we will help the client supervise and follow up with the production and ensure everything is correctly handled.
Step 5
If the client wants inspection services, they can choose between us and third-party inspection companies which we will help coordinate.
Step 6
Payment is made direct to the supplier for cargo. An additional check is paid to us for service fee. Then we will arrange the shipping accordingly.

We can source anything that’s produced in China. If we have met any product that’s not able to be sourced and we will let clients know in advancce.
We charge 5% – 10% according to cargo’s value. Yes, commission can be negotiated again if ordering amount is big enough. Please go to Pricing and Commission to know in detail.
We have several different filters. Firstly, we would use price to filter the suppliers who are quoting too high. Secondly we will judge if supplier is good from their relying rate and attitude toward us. Thirdly, we will require a sample to evaluate the quality. Based on above three steps, we decide if we work with them.
We will focus on three aspects to ensure quality is good and satisfying.
Step 1 is to have supplier make sample according to client’s requirement and after we approve the pre-production, we can proceed and start the mass production. This sample is very important, because all our mass production will be exact with it.
Step 2 Sign the purchasing contract to breakdown all the product’s details again. If supplier fails to meet the requirement, supplier will punished and provide compensation to us.
Step 3 After production is done and start a video call inspection with supplier to check the product roughly, then have supplier ship 2-5 cartons to our warehouse to do inspection. Why we have supplier to ship 2-5 cartons out to us? Because it’s cheap and can help us to evaluate the whole mass production in some degree. After we receive all whole products, we will inspect again.
Usually, we will quote no more than 24 hours. For some difficult product, quoting may take longer, but we promise offer process is no more than 72 hours.
We do not receive any financial incentives or kickbacks from factories.
